Regulations for Participation of Faculty Members and Students in International Conferences

To benefit from the university’s facilities, the applicant’s name and details, along with the name of the University of Tehran, must be clearly mentioned at the beginning of the applicant’s paper when presenting at reputable international conferences. Furthermore, in the case of joint papers, only one person can receive the university’s facilities. Therefore, under such circumstances, introducing a second person to this office is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the allocation of travel grants is conditional upon the expenses not being covered by the conference organizer after returning from the trip.
